His first breakthrough came in 1988 with "Come Stai" on BMP Records while signed to Polydor, but it was his 1994 alter ego Tandú that truly set dance floors ablaze. Under this moniker, he unleashed "Acido" on Noom Records, a techno anthem that became the soundtrack to countless European nights. The mid-90s saw Brunetti's creative fire burn even brighter as he co-founded Taboo with Nico Dee, striking gold with their Eurodance hit "I Dream of You Tonight." 1996 marked another triumph when, as DJ Pierro, he crafted "Another World" – a pioneering fusion of trance, dance, and saxophone that stormed the Swiss top 10 and dominated charts for months. His golden touch continued with 2 Eivissa's "Oh La La La," a co-written and co-produced smash that conquered the UK and Canadian top 10 while reaching #1 in both Spain and Italy. Through the late '90s, Brunetti's magnetic presence behind the decks made him a fixture in Ibiza and Germany's most prestigious venues.
