Harry Streaker

In the late 2000s, at the age of 27, William Greer moved from western Massachusetts to central Connecticut. With no intention of becoming a singer songwriter, and only knowing a handful of cowboy chords, he found himself bored enough one day to give it a try. He founded the band Cavalcade in 2009, and currently plays in CT bands Record Affair and Blnkt Jcksn. While living in Connecticut, Greer met producer Michael J. Goldberg and recorded what would be the first Harry Streaker album, entitled Volumes, which features high energy rock songs mixed with some brooding ballads. Featured on Volumes on the song Spinster's Oath is singer and songwriter Sarah Pech of Audio Jane, who became friends with Greer through the Hartford, Connecticut music scene. A few years later, and after some gigging, Greer approached Goldberg to begin his next album, The Party, which released in April of 2020. The Party demonstrates that Greer can write emotionally moving songs while managing to portray an intelligent sense of satire and off-beat sense of humor.
